Workflows can be filtered by Name, Users, and Assigned Schemes. When clicking on Has Draft only workflows that have an existing draft will be displayeddispIayed. Active and inactive workflows are displayed in tabs.

To delete a workflow, you must first unassign it from all workflow schemes and draft workflow schemes.
The You can activate or deactivate Smart View by clicking on the cog wheel. With it active, the assigned schemes are no longer displayed in text, they are summarized in a number. Just click on the cog wheel and select Smart View. If you click on the number, all related schemes are shown in a new window. From this window, you can switch directly to the Workflow Scheme.
Workflow Schemes
Workflow Schemes are displayed as Active/Inactive. You can filter them by Name, Projects, Issue type, and Workflow.

Workflow steps can be filtered by Status and Transition. They also provide an ID.
