Reorder the options of the following field types using drag and drop:

Where to find custom fields' options
1️⃣ Head over to the Jira administration → Issues → Custom fields.
2️⃣ Click on Advanced and choose the Custom field for which you would like to reorder options.
3️⃣ Click on the ellipsis ... → Configure → Edit options
To reorder the options, click on the dots to drag & drop.
You can use the admin toolbox Admin Toolbox filter feature <LINK> to narrow down the list of custom fields Custom Fields to ones with sortable options.
