Reorder the options of the following field types using drag and drop:

Where to find custom
Custom fields' options
1️⃣ Head over to the Jira administration → Issues → Custom fields.
2️⃣ Click on Advanced and choose the Custom field for which you would like to reorder options.
3️⃣ Click on the ellipsis ... → Configure → Edit options
To reorder the options, click on the dots to drag & drop.
You can use the Admin Toolbox filter the custom fields by type and select the supported one for drag and drop, e.g.
Select List (cascading)
Select list (multiple choices)
feature to narrow down the list of Custom Fields to ones with sortable options.
