OverviewThis feature allows administrators to get an overview of existing workflows in your system, including the number of validators, conditions, and post functions used and grouped by apps. View workflows, transition attributes, workflow attributes, and errors by switching tabs. |
The workflow report can be reached via Administration → Access the Workflow Report by navigating to Administration → Issues → Workflow report or directly Report in the Jira administration.

Workflow tab
Displays Lists all apps that contribute contributing to the workflows, grouped categorized by validators, conditions, and post functions.
Clicking By clicking on the numbers will filter the table underneath to include , you can filter to see only the workflows that fulfill these meet those specific conditions. Refreshing the page will reset the clear this filter.
Workflows can then be visualized in detail or compressedYou can view workflows in a detailed format or in a simplified overview.
Workflows can be filtered by searching for NamesSearch and filter workflows by Name, XML, or Description, as well as by the workflow's and by their status (Active, Draft, Inactive).
Pagination
If your filters return there are more than 10 workflows displayed based on your filters, the results will be spread divided across multiple pages.
You can navigate Navigate through these pages using the controls at the bottom and adjust the number of workflows displayed per page if necessary, where you can also adjust how many workflows are displayed on each page.
Workflow Attribute Report tab
The Workflow Attribute Report tab provides an Offers a detailed overview of the used validators, conditions, transitions, and and post functions utilized in the workflows.
Error tab
All workflow-related errors caused by apps will be displayed in this tab.In the following example, an app adds a post function that has been deactivated, yet it are shown here.
For instance, an error might be displayed if a deactivated post function is still being used in a workflow, resulting in an error being displayed.
