Permission schemes
Permission schemes can be filtered by Name or Project. They also provide an ID.

Editing Permission schemes
Filtering is also available in edit mode. There you have the options to filter by Permissions, Users, Groups or Project Roles.

If you add a new permission, Project role, Application access, Group, User custom field value, Single user and Group custom field value can be filtered.
