The date format of the returned value differs between JWT DC and JWT Cloud. JWT Cloud always returns a text in the form YYYY-MM-DD for dates and YYYY-MM-DDTH24:MM:SS.msTZ for datetime values. JWT DC returns a format depending on the settings of jira.date.time.picker.java.format.
